How to clear the Cache and Cookies

Google Chrome 

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. On your browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu .
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
  4. In the box that appears, click the checkboxes for "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site and plug-in data."
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.

 

 

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button  and choose History
  2. Select Clear Recent History.
  3. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  4. Click on the arrow next to Details to expand the list of history items.
  5. Select Cache and Cookies. Make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected. 
  6. Click Clear Now.

 

 

Microsoft Edge

  1. Launch your Edge browser and click on the 3-lined Hub button  in the top right corner.
  2. Next click on the clock-shaped History button .
  3. Here you will be able to view your browsing history.
  4. Select the and "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" then click on the Clear button.

 

 

Internet Explorer

  1. Open a new Internet Explorer session and click Tools > Internet Options. (If you do not see "Tools," press the Alt key to show the menu bar.)
  2. In the Internet Options window, click the Delete... button in the Browsing history section.
  3. In the Delete Browsing History window, check "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies."  If you have saved Favorites, uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data."
  4. Click Delete.

 

 

Safari

Newer Versions 8+

  1. Click Safari and choose Clear History and Website Data.
  2. Select all history.
  3. Click Clear History.

 

Older Versions 6 or 7

  1. Click Safari and choose Reset Safari.
  2. Check both Empty the cache and Remove all cookies, then click on the Reset button.
  3. Click Reset.
