Kate Bachmann
Kate is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Information Technology and Informatics. Prior to finding a niche in technical support, she worked with the Rutgers Recreation and Intramural Sports group as a social media marketer, using platforms such as Facebook and Twitter to increase student and alumni participation in Rutgers Recreation events. Kate joined COHLIT in 2015 and her experience provided a valuable asset in the planning, marketing, and execution of the Rutgers Online Learning Conference and Rutgers Day. Her organization and prompt attention to detail has led to her current position as a help desk agent where she assists faculty and students with the Learning Management Systems and Educational Technologies provided by our office, specifically Canvas and eCollege. Kate also contributes in data analysis and processing, compiling large reports for analytics and performance metrics.
