Canvas Support Phone Number, Chat and More

COHLIT is pleased to announce that our Rutgers Online Learning Help Desk phone, email, and support systems for Canvas are up and running. You will be able to reach out for help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  The help button will follow you throughout your Canvas experience in the global navigation. See image below.
This number is now live; you can begin using this in documentation.

Our eCollege phone number may be listed in your Canvas course in various areas: syllabus, course tools, Technical Support, and course announcements. The phone number will need to be updated in all locations (or just tell the students to click on "help in the global navigation menu"). If students contact the eCollege support line and our local help desk is busy with phone calls, the call will be forwarded to Pearson LearningStudio 24/7/365 help.

By clicking on the Help icon in the global navigation menu in Canvas, users will now see addtional support options:

Canvas Help options include Ask your instructor a questions, Search the Canvas Guides, report a problem, Rutgers Online Help Desk, Chat with Canvas Support, Call Canvas Support 24/7/365, Ask the Community and Submit a Feature idea.
